Dear all,
As you are probably aware by now, sadly the Mill Road Winter Fair has been cancelled due to the expected storm.
However, we have spoken with St Philip's Church and they are still happy to host us on Saturday 🎉 So, we will be going ahead as planned at 2 pm. Please arrive by 1:45 pm to warm up. A few things to note:
– The forecast is very windy! Please take care getting there, and don't come if you don't feel safe
– We believe the road will not be closed, so you should be able to cycle/park as usual
– Some Voices choir will be performing at 1 pm. We would encourage you to come along early and support them – and hopefully they'll repay the favour!
– If you are a conductor or soloist and can no longer come, please let us know asap
– Please bring people along to watch us
– Reminder that there is no dress code, although Christmas jumpers/tinsel are encouraged 🙂
