COVID-19 Safety for Sing! Concerts

For the safety of our choir, audience and volunteers we have put in place the following guidelines for our concerts. These guidelines were last reviewed in May 2023.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns not answered here.

Do not attend if you are unwell or likely to be infectious

  1. Do not attend if you are unwell or likely to be infectious

If you are not well, or have symptoms of a respiratory infection such as COVID-19 that you would not normally have, please do not come to the venue.
  1. We recommend taking a Lateral Flow Test to help you decide if you’re infectious

We do not require people to have a negative LFT as a condition of entry.

However, if Lateral Flow Tests are an affordable option for you, we recommend them as a good way of determining if you are likely to be infectious with COVID-19.

They are especially helpful if you’ve recently been at higher risk of infection, e.g. a close contact of someone with COVID-19, or have spent time in a crowded and enclosed space, etc.
  1. The venue will be ventilated

We’ll be working with the venue to strike a good balance between ventilation and comfort throughout the evening.
  1. Mask-wearing and social distancing are your choice

Please be your normal kind and considerate selves!
  1. Practise good hand hygiene

Please make use of the hand sanitizer provided.
